In invoice factoring, the first thing we do is check your customer’s credit. We pull their payment history up front—even before you send us an invoice—because that’s how we decide if we can buy the invoice from you.
Once they're approved, you send an invoice, and our team then reviews the supporting paperwork that goes with it.
Once your invoice is approved and you're set up as a client, we notify your customer to send payment directly to us and confirm they’ve accepted the change.
It doesn’t change the work you did or the price on the invoice. It updates their Accounts Payable on where to send the payment.
The last step is the funding, the part you care about most.
That’s when the money hits your account.
On every funding you’ll see:
For some industries, we can advance up to 98% of the invoice within 24 hours. On a $10,000 trucking company invoice, that usually means $9,700 to $9,800 up front.
Depending on your company and your industry, we may hold back a small portion of the invoice as a reserve. Not all factoring agreements hold a reserve, but if yours does, it's a small amount set aside until your customer pays the invoice in full. It helps protect you against having to pay us out of pocket for any uncollectible portions of your invoices.
Typically, available reserve balances are refunded (minus our discount fee) on the next cycle following collections.

Some loads route through US-33 and I-71 corridors, and downtown deliveries can pass streets where turning radii are tight. Carriers working out of Franklin County industrial pockets can still be running the same interstate loops and access roads every day. Some specialized moves also run into the Licking County “Silicon Heartland” semiconductor build near New Albany where high-value equipment and materials move on tight delivery windows. Ohio is also adding new truck parking locations statewide to support safer breaks for over-the-road carriers.
Southwest (Cincinnati & Dayton): If you’re hauling freight through the Brent Spence Bridge corridor, routes can also touch the Western Hills Viaduct and Dixie Highway. Runs on I-75 can pass SR 126 and I-275. Freight tied to the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport can route through airport-side access roads. Dayton runs can also route along I-75 approaches, and deliveries near Stanley Avenue can sit on local industrial lanes. That corridor includes the $3.6B companion bridge project under construction just west of the existing Brent Spence Bridge on the 8-mile I-71/I-75 stretch.
Northwest (Toledo & Bowling Green): If your drivers are running routes on I-75 and I-475 near Toledo, routes can also touch Summit Street, Secor Road, and Sylvania Avenue. Runs through Rossford can touch the roundabouts near Bass Pro and Crossroads. Heavy freight can also route past bridge work on CR 16 in Williams County and CR 82 in Wood County. Port runs can tie into the Port of Toledo access roads, and some local routes pass Cherry Street corridors.
Appalachian (Southeast Ohio): If you’re moving loads on Harrison County Road 51, routes can also move along SR 60 North near McConnelsville and Malta. Local runs can pass the Ohio River Valley corridors, and some freight can route near Macedonia Hill and Cortland where one-lane work zones can change the schedule. Loads headed toward riverfront industrial areas can also use detours tied to local water extension routes and access roads. Some Ohio River freight also ties into the Ports of Cincinnati & Northern Kentucky inland port jurisdiction.
If the delivery window closes, the load waits.

Manufacturing tied to Hamilton County and Montgomery County border areas can stay on the same freight lanes for deliveries.
